The Challenge
Embed customer needs and requirements into an API design which had very constrained technology

Scope
We believed small to medium scaled businesses would value the ability to make payments and trade loans directly from their 3rd Party platform.
This was aimed at small to medium sized businesses across the globe. Specifically teams within organisations dealing with payments and the treasury functions.
Proove hypothesis
- Conduct research of 5 SMB customers
- Identify Jobs to be done and assumptions
Develop UX/UI and content for 3rd Party platform
- Created scenario designs
- Develop UI screens and content
Future commercialisation
- Develop future state blueprints of internal systems to understand how to commercialise proposition
Results
- Four key customer insights that developed the current and future proposition
- Delivered API as a service proposition on time
- Four clear customer value propostions with constant UI and content
Outcomes after project
- Released more API's as a partnership between bank and tech platform
